Born and raised in southern Wisconsin, I am 20 year old photographer with the love for adventure and photography. I grew up on a farm, showing cattle at our local fair and submitting photos there for competition. Ever since I was a little girl I loved taking photos. I vividly remember getting my first digital camera for Christmas when I was about 11 or 12 and how excited I was to receive it at the time. Years later I started taking photos on my Mom’s camera. When it came to deciding on what I wanted to pursue as my career senior year of high school, like many others, I had all sorts of ideas, but the one that always stood out was photography. I am now in my final year of college in a photography program that has taught me more than I could have every imagined. My style of photography is mostly documentary, where you can really feel the emotion in every image and capturing things in the moment so every photo feels authentic and genuine. Being behind the camera is what I love. I count myself lucky for being able to witness so many candid moments and creating a lasting memory to those who will cherish them forever.
